We provide information reports in a large number of formats to fit the needs of our customers.  Information reports draw from four general areas of the public records:  taxes and special assessments; the chain of title; name indices, and court files where court cases affecting the property are disclosed by the other searches.  The records needed for these searches are maintained by a number of public officials, including the Register of Deeds, the County Clerk, the County Treasurer, the Secretary of State, and the Clerks of the state and federal courts.
